John Pearce, a former Olympic boxing gold medalist, brings over 30 years of dedication and discipline to the business, applying the same focus and determination that took him to the top of his sport into building a company that values precision and quality above all else. Alongside him, Peter Barnes brings more than three decades of industry expertise, ensuring every product leaving our factory meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
